One of the two founding partners of Industrial Properties Group at NAI CIR, the leading provider of real estate services for warehouse and distribution center projects along the I-81 Corridor in Central Pennsylvania & Western Maryland. Transactional responsibilities include work on behalf of both Tenants and Landlords, with significant direct experience in each Site Selection, Development and Redevelopment Advisory, and Investment Transactions. Non-transactional responsibilities for the team include business development, as well as staff and planning oversight of all budgets, accounting, technology and property management operations.
