Erik Gainor began his strong business background at Penn State University where he also played football under Joe Paterno. After years of experience, he now heads up the investment group at NAI/CIR where the focus is to add value in regional transactions for institutions, REIT’s, and private investors. NAI, which consists of 300 offices around the world, enables the group to maximize and leverage the relationships needed to provide clients with the optimal level of service.
Erik has spearheaded many of the largest investment transactions in the Harrisburg Region, while uniquely combining capital markets expertise and an in depth understanding of fundamentals to execute a wide range of transactions. He prides himself in providing clients unparalleled advisory services, individually tailored structures, and marketing programs that set the industry standard. The company leads the region with over 400 Million in annual transaction volume. As Central PA continues to grow, Erik Gainor strives to provide a gateway to the Pennsylvania market for outside investors.
